Top tier pho hands down! Ordered the short rib pho and it did not disappoint. Golden savory broth, tender meat falling off the bone, and an abundance of delicious green onions. Ordered a side of pork egg rolls which were nice and crispy & great flavor. Definitely coming back! (Forgot to take the before pic but here's the after)

Looking for a no carb option? How about a steak salad? Yes, they have a salad here too! Accompanied with a light soy vinaigrette dressing, it's tasty and filling. On my quest to try everything on the menu, this is a great not soup option! So far on this journey of tastings, everything has been delicious! You can really taste the difference here from the other Phó spots, the care in the ingredients and preparation. They are definitely doing it right! Ngon quá!

What's better on a cold night than a hot bowl of Pho. I've been eyeing this place since it opened earlier this year but wanted to wait until colder months to try it. Ambiance and decor are nice inside. The aroma right when you walk in smells delicious. The restaurant was busy as it was a Saturday night but we got seated right away. There is also a full bar here. We ordered the following: Chargrilled pork rolls (appetizer) Imperial crab rolls (appetizer) Side of crispy sticky rice 1 pound short rib pho Spicy hue noodle with 1 pound short rib The pork rolls came out quickly and right after our first bite came everything else. There was barely any room on the table for everything. I wish we would have just got the two appetizers first then when we were done everything else. Maybe it's just me with 13 years of restaurant experience but maybe ask your guests if you would like everything at once or spaced out. Especially knowing the table size and there would barely be any room for all the plates and cups. Food didn't disappoint. I enjoyed my boyfriend's broth more on his spicy hue noodle however. Condiments come in a side bowl and not already on the table like a lot of Pho places.

As I've been seeing many ads pop up for this spot, I decided to try it with my bf as we were in the area. Upon arrival, we saw a lot of parties walk in so that was a good sign to see. I normally don't try a lot of Vietnamese places bc most of the dishes I crave, my mom can make. But this spot is pretty good to go whenever I can't get moms cooking. As you walk in, the restaurant is decorated very modern with a traditional twist to it. The space is very spacious but they can seat a lot of people and it doesn't feel stuffy. The service was really good as well. Many of the staff would walk around and ask if the customers were okay or needed anything. The utensils they provide look super clean. Which is a plus bc I always clean my utensils before I use them. Now, for the food. My bf and I were really eye hungry so we got the Nem Nuong spring rolls as the appetizer. I would say it was fresh with the lettuce, cucumber, pickled veggie and the wonton wrapper inside (not sure of the name). The nem nuong inside was a thick cut and the spring roll came with a dipping sauce that had some pineapples for its sweet component. In addition, we also had the garlic noodles. It was the Angel noodles that had a lot of garlic and Parmesan and topped with fried garlic. We also ordered the pho with the short rib and the bun Bo hue with the short rib. Both the broths were super clean and refreshing, and the meat super tender. The portions are pretty big and comes with a lot of noodles which we were not expecting but are not complaining hahah. The short rib is huuuuuge but super tender. You can easily cut it with your chopsticks and it'll come right off. To help us easily digest the food, we also ordered some drinks. My bf got their Vietnamese ube coffee & I got their special healthy drink which comes with basil seeds, coconut meat, and grass jelly. The coffee is strongggg and not overly sweet even though it has the ube which is a plus. The special healthy drink is refreshing and tasty. Overall, the experience here was good. I'll definitely come back to try the other dishes :)

All the food that we order was very tasteful. All the flavors were vibrant and delicious. The ambiance was Amazing and very clean but the restroom probably needs to be clean more often. The service was fast and easy. Me and the boyfriend will be back.
